Does this class cover making gluten-free bread?

No. All the techniques and ingredients here use wheat flour, rye, or other flours that are not considered gluten free.

That's not to say that the techniques won't work with gluten-free flours! It's just we haven't mastered that kind of wizardry... yet! 

Are captions or subtitles available?

Yes, all the videos are closed captioned/subtitled in English.

What is your refund policy?
